Ella - a Guide Dog Mum with English Elegance

Ella is a two-year-old girl born and raised in England.
She is a charming Golden Retriever with a dark golden coat and a slight white pattern on her head. On August 9, 2024, she spent some time at the Kanagawa Training Centre for a medical check. She is very friendly towards people and other dogs and quickly adapts to the new environment. Ella's preference for people over dogs is evident in her constant companionship, which gives us staff a sense of comfort. Her ability to discern those likely to touch her and approach them is a testament to her adaptability. All of the staff love Ella and she has this cute happy expression on her face every time, that we can't ignore.
On August 30, she came to Fuji Harness to whelp. From the day she came here, she immediately laid down and rested, calmed down, played when she wanted to, and showed us how well-balanced she was. She also responds well to her puppies. It was her first time in Fuji Harness and her first whelp, but Ella quickly adapted to her environment. Her due date was September 11, but the puppies arrived one day earlier. Seven new lives were born. She looked slightly confused when her first pup was born, but she still licked the pup, accepted breastfeeding smoothly, and delivered the rest of her puppies. She seems very enthusiastic about raising them. Recently, she has been encouraged to be away from her puppies to prepare for weaning, and she is more relaxed and is balancing parenting and resting really well. She shows no suspicion about the surroundings, and the staff supports Ella's puppy-rearing and can watch her grow mature with her puppies. Ella's milk production is excellent, so the puppies are growing steadily with much milk and Ella's great love and care.
Most of the puppies are light gold, and there are a few puppies that have inherited the pattern on their heads. When they were about 2 weeks old, their eyes were gradually opening up, and they were trying to walk with their shaky legs, although they were still not able to stand well. When Ella approaches the puppies, they crawl up to her with great excitement. The puppies' rapid growth, gaining about 80g of body weight in a day, is a testament to Ella's enthusiastic parenting and leaves us in awe of their progress.
