Kanagawa Training Center
The Kanagawa Training Center was opened in 1997, on the 30th anniversary of the Japan Guide Dog Association's establishment . It is located in Yokohama City, Kanagawa, about an 1-hour drive from Tokyo, and is surrounded by a variety of environments ideal for training, including residential, industrial, and commercial areas.

It consists of two buildings: a training building with the main office, large muti-purpose room, meeting rooms, a cafeteria and rooms for residential training, and a kennel building with separate rooms for dogs in training, medical facilities and other equipment. The renewal of the Medical and Breeding ward and the Kennel building was completed in 2025.

In 2004, The School for Guide Dog Trainers opened its doors to future guide dog trainers and has been providing systematic and hands-on training for the apprentices.
