Article on Shimane Asahi Puppy Project being published on Newspaper

"Shimane Asahi Puppy Project" is the first project in Japan in which inmates and local volunteers work collaboratively to raise puppies that are later trained to become guide dogs. This project has been conducted with the cooperation of the JGDA and the PFI Project of the Ministry of Justice since 2009. The Mainichi Japan has published an article about our need for weekend puppy raisers for this project on July 21st, 2021
